Schedule Expectations
This is a hands-on restaurant leadership role requiring flexibility based on business needs. The General Manager will typically work 48 50 hours per week over a minimum of five days and must be available for a combination of midshifts, closing shifts and weekends.

Additional hours may occasionally be necessary to meet operational or financial goals.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to remain active throughout restaurant operations and assist wherever needed. Employees must be able to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
