Our client is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations by organizing preventive maintenance schedules, managing inventory, and assisting with repair prioritization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Coordination

• 
  Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
  
• 
  Generate work orders and ensure tasks are completed on time
  
• 
  Assist in prioritizing maintenance repairs and projects
  

Inventory & Purchasing

• 
  Order maintenance, repair, and operational supplies
  
• 
  Evaluate vendors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing
  
• 
  Track inventory of tools and equipment and maintain organization
  

Documentation & Support

• 
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
  
• 
  Scan and store preventative maintenance documentation electronically
  
• 
  Create and maintain equipment reference materials, including photo libraries

Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required
