Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday | 6: 00 AM 2: 00 PM

What You ll Do:

• 
  Greet and assist customers with purchases
  
• 
  Operate cash register, handle payments and count back change
  
• 
  Stock shelves and organize merchandise
  
• 
  Load and unload products as needed
  
• 
  Change pop BIBs and maintain beverage stations
  
• 
  Keep store, restrooms and service areas clean and orderly
  
• 
  Assist with inventory counts
  
• 
  Perform general housekeeping duties inside and outside the store
  

What You Bring:

  Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

  Ability to handle cash accurately

  Dependable and reliable attendance

  Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

We re hiring an Assistant Manager in Kearney, NE to help oversee store operations, support staff and deliver a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with retail or convenience store experience who enjoys coaching a team and keeping things running smoothly.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 1: 00 PM 9: 00 PM + every other weekend (45 hours/week)

What You ll Do:

  Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

  Supervise, coach and motivate team members

  Assist with inventory management and performance tracking

  Monitor customer transactions and ensure excellent service

  Previous management or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
