We re hiring a Sales Manager in Kearney for a hands-on role where you ll build customer relationships, drive sales and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

SALES MANAGER
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $18/hour

SCHEDULE
Monday Friday, 9: 00 AM 7: 00 PM
Saturday, 10: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Sundays off plus one additional day off during the week

WHAT YOU LL DO
Greet customers and help them find the right products for their needs
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers
Close lease agreements and process rental applications
Process renewal payments and customer transactions
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Answer calls and assist with customer questions
Oversee delivery drivers and coordinate daily delivery schedules
Communicate priorities and schedules to the delivery team
Keep the showroom organized, properly priced and looking its best
Assist with merchandise displays, inventory and product presentation
Help move and handle merchandise as needed
Work with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Professional, positive and motivated
Comfortable using computers and processing online applications and payments
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Previous sales, customer service or supervisory experience preferred
