Industrial Trailer Painter – 1st Shift | Up to $1,400/Week + Bonuses
Location: Beaver City, NE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Leave early if work is completed!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Industrial Trailer Painter, you’ll help bring our client's trailers to life by prepping and painting Utility, Gooseneck, Flatbed, Equipment, Car and Dump Trailers. You’ll work in a licensed paint booth wearing a protective Tyvek suit applying high-quality finishes that stand up to tough use.
Your day-to-day will include:

Prepping steel surfaces for paint adhesion

Using a paint gun to apply coatings (we can train you!)

Staging and removing trailers before and after paint

Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy paint area
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to move in and around trailers (including tight spots)

Comfortable working in hot or cold environments

Can lift 25+ pounds frequently and work on your feet

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Paint experience is a plus but not required. We provide on-the-job training
Note: Must be able to understand and read some English. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome!
Pay & Perks:

Training Pay: $20+/hour depending on experience

Training Timeline: 1–3 weeks

After Training Pay: Based on production – average $800–$1,400/week

Bonuses: Weekly Production Bonus + Perfect Attendance Bonus + Year-End Bonus
