Requirements
To be considered, you must:
Key Responsibilities

Operate bailers, forklifts, grinders and other industrial equipment

Process and sort materials; bale cardboard and plastic
-
Safely load/unload finished products onto trailers
-
Package food waste and recycling into proper containers

Complete and manage all shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, manifests)

Record weights for outbound loads
-
Report challenges or concerns to your supervisor

Propose process improvements based on your experience

May operate a 22ft box truck or larger GVWR vehicle

Attend safety training and wear PPE to ensure a safe workplace
