- Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to fabricate components.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools for cutting, shaping and assembling materials.
- Follow material control procedures, maintaining accurate records of inventory.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely execution of fabrication tasks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to uphold safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and contribute to process improvement.
- Continually learn and develop personal and professional skills relevant to the role.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote company goals with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Production.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or apprentice certification is a plus.
