Responsibilities
As a Restoration Technician, you will be a key part of a team delivering restoration services to customers. Responsibilities include:

  Follow remediation and restoration procedures to clean and restore homes and businesses

  Assist with maintaining company equipment

Position Summary

The Floor Cleaning Technician Lead coordinates and leads evening hard floor and carpet cleaning operations across assigned buildings. This is a hands-on leadership role. You ll work alongside your team to ensure all cleaning is performed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards. You ll also be responsible for accurate reporting through SIMON and Inside systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Start of Shift

• 
  Clock in and attend 4: 30 PM huddle

  Check machines and chemicals prior to use (buffers, scrubbers, extractors)
